Project Overview
BLD Consults was awarded two strategic maintenance contracts under UNRA's mechanised maintenance framework covering Lot 24 (Moyo Station - 205 km) and Lot 25 (Arua Station - 273 km), totaling 478 km of unpaved national roads across West Nile region.
This multi-year contract involved continuous call-off orders for periodic grading, emergency repairs, drainage works, and gravelling operations to maintain road passability throughout all seasons across two critical district networks.
