BLD Consults Uganda Ltd is a fully Ugandan-owned construction and infrastructure company, established in 2007. From the beginning, our focus has been clear: deliver reliable roads, logistics and support services that help Uganda grow. Today our core expertise spans road construction and rehabilitation, heavy equipment hire, fuel distribution, parking yard management and comprehensive mechanical and electrical services.
Over nearly two decades we have evolved into a trusted partner for government ministries, agencies like UNRA, humanitarian organisations, private developers and logistics operators. Whether we are grading a district road, maintaining hundreds of kilometres under a national framework, supplying fuel to a remote humanitarian base or managing a secure parking yard at the border, we bring the same commitment to quality, safety and on-time delivery.
Our footprint is anchored by our head office in Kampala on Salaama Road, supported by regional branches in Elegu (Amuru District) and Arua (West Nile). These hubs host our fuel station, parking yards, workshops, equipment yards and offices, allowing us to respond quickly across Northern Uganda and beyond.

Building the foundation
BLD is founded in Kampala and begins work as a modest road works contractor, focusing on small rehabilitation projects and equipment rental in Central Uganda.
Expanding into new regions
The company moves into Northern Uganda, supporting post‑conflict infrastructure recovery, investing in additional heavy machinery and taking on larger district road projects.
Diversification & major contracts
BLD diversifies into fuel distribution, parking yard management and equipment hire while winning multi‑year UNRA frameworks and humanitarian road contracts in refugee settlements.
